Trust, The Not So Secret Sauce

In an exploration of Employee Experience (link below), Josh Bersin points to a multitude of studies which show that trust and self actualization (the need for humans to better themselves beyond our basic needs) are the most effective drivers of performance. Laszlo Bock, former SVP of Human Resources at Google says in his book, Work Rules! that you should give people slightly more trust than you are comfortable with – “if you are not nervous, you haven’t given them enough!”
