My Mission

To empower and challenge HR teams to realize their role as key drivers of business success.

My vision is to build data driven teams who posses an ability to drive change with deep expertise in lean, ONA and other tools, to focus on operational refinement and strategic alignment.

I believe that HR should:

  • Develop as a deep discipline with its own set of powerful tools
  • Execute projects using project management methods and bring innovative ideas to reality, yielding measurable results
  • Build processes that result in efficiency, credibility and creativity. Paper is the enemy.
  • Be masters of technology
